Payment for Flights
AW Ship Management Ltd now require all flights to be paid for in full, at the time of booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of Ascension Island Government. Payment can be made in cash at our office in 9 Alie Street, London, E1 8DE or by bank or personal cheque. Please allow us seven days to clear cheque payments. Payment may also be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). An administration fee applies for the use of credit cards. Payment by debit card such as Visa does not attract a fee. Once payments have been made to us, cleared acknowledgements will then be sent to confirm receipt of the payment and where debit or credit card transactions take place a copy of the transaction report will be forwarded.
We regret that no flight booking with the AITA/RAF can be made until we are in possession of cleared funds or credit card company credit for the flight fare
