Northbound Cargo to UK

All cargo from Ascension and St Helena Island will be shipped to the UK in containers.

Cargo that is too large for containers must be referred to the Port Agent at Ascension or St Helena or to Andrew Weir Shipping prior to loading on-board the RMS. This requirement is to ensure that such cargo can move to the UK once the RMS has discharged it.

Please ensure that all import cargo is Customs Cleared and that ALL charges due have been paid. Import cargo moved via the transhipment service – contact the UK agents for collection details.

Due to UK Customs clearance being electronic you will need to appoint a Freight Forwarder to handle this requirement.
